Matthew 13:31-35

Mark 4:30-33

Spoken during Week 26 of Yeshua’s Ministry

Mathew 4:31 Yeshua put forth another parable to them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field. 32 It is, indeed, the least of all seeds but when it is grown it is the greatest among herbs, and becomes a tree that birds build nests in its branches.”

33 Then he spoke another parable to them, “The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman kneaded into three measures of meal until the whole loaf was leavened.” 34 Yeshua spoke all these things to the multitude in parables, and without a parable he did not speak to them, 35 so that which was spoken by the prophet might be fulfilled, “I will open my mouth in parables. I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.”

Mark 4:30-33 Yeshua said again, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of JeHoVah or to what shall we compare it? 31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth is less than all the seeds that be in the earth. 32 But when it is sown, it grows up, and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out great branches so that the birds of the air may lodge in its shade.” 33 With many such parables he spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear it.”

Faith is the essence of what manifests the Kingdom found deep within.  The smallest portion of faith can move mountains into the sea.  But how can one move a mountain with only a seed?  The parable is opened when one realizes that a mountain in Hebrew thought is also known as the mind.  The sea is humanity and the birds of the air are the enemies that come to steal away what is sown into the hearts of men when we say to this Mountain, "Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea"

When the Gospel message is shared only by a few, the kneading of the bread - the refining fire of the word, the Glory will one day cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.

Remember always that Divine Love, God’s Love, is manifested by the revelation of His Word.  This distinction, once realized, as not being brotherly love but something more, something greater, then the true understanding that God is Love is truly understood! The Kingdom can now be manifested with healing the sick, raising the dead and casting out demons that rule in the hearts of carnal men.
