30. Unfruitful Fig Tree Luke 13:6-9

Luke 12:1-13:9

Yeshua teaches a multitude of his friends after supper during the spring of 28 CE.

Luke 12:1 In the mean time, an innumerable multitude of people gathered together, so that they trampled each other. Then Yeshua said to his disciples, “First of all, beware of the leaven of the Prushim, which is hypocrisy. 2 For there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; neither hid that shall not be known. 3 Therefore whatever you have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which you have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. 4 I say to you, my friends, be not afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 5 But I will forewarn you whom you shall fear: fear him, which after he has killed the body, has power to cast into hell. Yes, I say to you, fear him. 6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten by JeHoVah? 7 So even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore, fear not. You are of more value than many sparrows. 8 Also I say to you, whoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of Man also confess before the angels of JeHoVah. 9 But he that denies me before men shall be denied before the angels of JeHoVah. 10 Whoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him: but to him that blasphemes against the Ruach Kodesh it shall not be forgiven. 11 When they bring you to the synagogues, and before magistrates, and authorities, take no thought how or what thing you shall answer, or what you shall say: 12 for the Ruach Kodesh shall teach you in the same hour what you ought to say.”

13 One of the company said to him, “Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.” 14 Yeshua said to him, “Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?” 15 He said to them, “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesses.”

16 Then he spoke a parable to them, “The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: 17 and he thought within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, because I have no room to store my harvests?’ 18 He said, ‘This I will do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my harvests and my goods. 19 Then I will say to my soul, ‘Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease, eat, drink, and be merry.’” 20 But JeHoVah said to him, ‘You fool, this night your soul shall be required of you: then whose will those things be which you have provided?’ 21 So is he that lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward YeHoVah. 22 Yeshua said to his disciples, “Therefore I say to you, take no thought for your life, what you shall eat; neither for the body, what you shall put on. 23 The life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. 24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; neither do they have storehouse nor barn; and JeHoVah feeds them. How much more are you better than the birds? 25 Which of you with anxious thought can add to his stature one cubit? 26 If you are not able to do that thing which is least, why be anxious for the rest? 27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they do not toil, they do not spin fabric; and yet I say to you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 28 Then if JeHoVah clothes the grass, which is in the field today, and is cast into the oven tomorrow; how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith? 29 Seek not what you shall eat, or what you shall drink, neither be of a doubtful mind. 30 All these things the worldly gentiles pursue: but your Father knows that you need these things. 31 But rather pursue the kingdom of YeHoVah and all these things shall be added to you.”

32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell what you have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a “treasure in the heavens that fails not, where no thief approaches, neither moth corrupts. 34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. 35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; 36 You are like men that wait for their master to return from the wedding; that when he comes and knocks, they may open to him immediately. 37 Blessed are those servants, whom the master, when he comes, shall find watching. Truth I say to you that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to dinner, and he will come forth and serve them. 38 If he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so doing, blessed are those servants. 39 Understand this, if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have allowed his house to be broken into. 40 Therefore, you also be ready: for the Son of Man comes at an hour when you think not.”

41 Then Kefa said to him, “Master, will you declare this parable to us, or to all the people?” 42 Yeshua said, “Who is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? 43 Blessed is that servant, whom his master when he comes shall find so doing. 44 Of a truth I say to you, that he will make him ruler over all that he has. 45 But if that servant says in his heart, ‘My master delays his coming’ and begins to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; 46 The master of that servant will come in a day when he “looks not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware. He will cut him in pieces and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 That servant, which knew his master’s will, and did not prepared, neither did according to his master’s will, shall be beaten with many stripes. 48 But he that knew not his master’s will, and yet did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For to whom much is given, much shall be required. To whom men have committed much, of him they require more. 49 I have come to send fire on the earth! And how I wish it were already kindled! 50 But I have a mikveh in which I must be immersed, and I am being restrained until it is accomplished! 51 Do you suppose that I have come to bring peace on earth? NO! I am telling you that I have come to bring division. 52 From now on there shall be five in one house who will be divided three against two, and two against three. ”

53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.”

54 Then he also said to the people, “When you see a cloud rise out of the west, immediately you say, ‘Here comes a shower;’ and so it is. 55 When you see the south wind blow, you say, ‘There will be heat;’ and it comes to pass. 56 You hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that you do not discern this time?”

57 Yes, and why even among yourselves can you not judge that which is right? 58 When you go with your adversary to the magistrate, as you are on the way, give diligence that you may be delivered from him lest he accuse you before the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and the officer cast you into prison. 59 I tell you, you shall not depart from there until you have paid the very last mite.”

Luke 13:1 There were present at that time some that told him of the Galileans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. 2 Yeshua responded, “Suppose that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, no: but, except you repent, you all shall likewise perish. 4 Consider the eighteen upon whom the tower at Shiloam fell, and killed them. Do you think that they were sinners above all men that dwell in Yerushalayim? 5 I tell you, no: but, except you repent, you all shall likewise perish.”

6 He spoke also this parable; “A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. 7 Then he said to the dresser of his vineyard, ‘Behold, these three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and have found none. Cut it down! Why waste good ground?’ 8 He answered him, ‘Master, leave it alone again this year. I will dig around it, and dung it. 9 If it bears fruit, good. If not, then after that you may cut it down.’

Oh Dear Friends, be watchful over your soul.  Let not the cares of this world blind you to what is important, keep the faith as a little child who knows only that Father provides.  Seek the Kingdom before all things, not the riches of men.  Receive the riches of YeHoVah, walk along The Way rejoicing with Him.

Oh how we struggle in this world, strengthen us as we walk along The Way, manifesting the Kingdom, revealing Truth and creating Division with those we love.  Use what YeHoVah has given you in ways that builds the kingdom and brings repentance unto a man’s soul.  Let us be ever watchful for the coming of Our Master that we will receive a just reward.

Oh what wonders await all those who sell all and follow Him, all those with a child’s heart, let us walk along The Way for all time my friend.  Having all our humble needs met, laying hands on those blinded in the darkness, being granted a great measure of Authority over the Kingdom, Yea, in a just measure, balanced with humility, charity and divine love’s revelation.

Let us be kneeling in the secret place hearing the revelatory words from Him.  Let us dig around the fig trees, radianting with treasures of the Kingdom so many figs will bud, pulling down the branches by the shear weight of those awaiting faithfully for the return of the Messiah, figs holding on strong and firm.

The Greek is another mystery, its rooted in the wisdom of men.  Some, long ago, tried to change it so as to deceive the hearts of many men.  Man’s passion to discover the mystery, the secrets hidden inside, they added their own words that would alter Yeshua’s ministry, creating the basis for the great falling away, that part of the great deception at the end of this age and our time.

Be patient, Be still, Be watchful for what might be revealed unto thee.  To see it is a gift, there’s only one thing that will allow you to see, repentance of twisted teaching make eyes bright with inner light that all who stand before you will see.  Remember this, that men of old in the forth century, as the story is told, added John 6:4 to the manuscript - allowing him to unravel the prophecy of Daniel at the close of his writings and at the weeks end.

Yes dear friend, John 6:4 was added by carmel men making them think Yesuhas ministry was 3 1/2 years thus tainting the Feast of Yehovah with hatred put in hearts towards the seed of Abraham.

When this truth is taken in it becomes apparent that Yeshua’s ministry IS the 70 weeks spoken of in Daniel 9 and is now being revealed to all men with eyes that see.  Watch diligently for the last week to begin as the temple is opened revealing the Ark of the Covenant unto your mind.

The Feasts are YeHoVah’s but are known as the Feasts of the Jews.   This is the deception - the seed of the tares, that still grows in the hearts of men even unto this very day.  Let the gift of truth, knowing the numbers, the rhythm of heaven above, the waves of love in the hearts of righteous men.  Remember the truth that ALL the Feasts belong to Mighty YeHoVah!

A rich man has many resources some build store houses for greed that birth corruption among men.  The once faithful servants are taken into the sight with sounds, some were wise and some were foolish.  At the end of a long and hard journey, as the sun sets in the west they lay themselves down for a long peaceful rest.

The seasons came as the waves crashed onto the shore, the wind blows now from the east and is as a breeze across the western shores once more.  The wine is made in the valleys to the north its Napa we see, the fruit upon the vine is now ready for the winepress of men, the grapes of wrath will soon begin.

But as the wind and times are changing the ones who’ve fallen asleep must now be AWAKENED dear friend!  For the Fig Tree is now matured and stands tall through all the vineyards.  Let the groove known from the past, dig in and reveal the prophetic meaning now revealed for this generation, the great awakening that brings The Glory and breathes Fire upon men as in the beginning.

Yeah, let us bless them with the water of the word, the mist from the Glory Cloud just off the shore, that this time the children will Dig the Groove, Awake and Shine as the Firmament with The Glory once more!
